Payment
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are the only payment accepted for online orders.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a Missouri address are charged sales tax.
Shipping and Delivery
Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery. If an item is out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay.
Regardless of shipping method chosen during checkout, LTL freight companies are used to ship items over 70 pounds or exceeding UPS size constraints (including compressors, floor machines and other large equipment.)
Returns
Returns of unused products or equipment may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. Prior to returning merchandise, call Engrave-A-Crete at 1-800-884-2114 to obtain an RMA number.
What To Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged
If boxes appear to be greatly damaged, refuse to accept your shipment. Packages with minor damage should be accepted. Please note all damage on your delivery receipt or bill of lading.
Orders Outside the U.S.
For UPS shipments leaving the United States, UPS is the customs broker. UPS will collect the appropriate duties, GST, etc. UPS charges a fee for this service. Foreign customers pay the fee on their end, along with the above charges. Contact UPS for current fees. For shipments other than UPS, the customer is responsible for contracting a customs broker.
