Thanks for the photos and the great time I had with you guys. I just can't put it in words yet how happy I am that I found your company and pursued the training available. After meeting everyone and seeing the facility I was even more blown away than before. The team there are to be commended I found everyone to be professional, courteous, and well educated about the products they promote. The equipment being made at your facility also leaves nothing to be desired, the plant was neat and orderly and you could just see that whatever would go through the production line would be hand made quality tools. Darrel, Here is a nice little design we put on a patio a couple of weeks ago. It also has a cobble stone walk way leading up to it, looks real sexy. Have been doing rather well with the business. Real damn busy right now with know relief in sight. Hope all is good with you and the kind folks at Engrave-A-Crete were just about ready to order that second trailer but not quite there yet.

We have just completed our second year in business and we could not be happier with the equipment, training, and personal guidance everyone at Engrave-a-Crete has provided. We continue to expand our business and we are constantly finding new markets in which to sell our services.

I am especially pleased (and continue to be amazed) at how well the Engrave-a-Crete equipment is built and how well it performs on the job. Staining concrete makes bare concrete look so much nicer but the engraving it is where the real statement is made. With your system we have added “curb appeal” to many homes and businesses in the area and our customers have been delighted with the results. The few minor issues I have had with the equipment have been mostly After “operator error.” Even so, Engrave-a-Crete has always been there to expedite parts and to give guidance where needed.

In the business world, most companies say they have good products and service but few actually have what they claim. However, Engrave-a-Crete is one company that does have high quality engineered products and outstanding customer service. You and your staff should be commended for the job you do.

Hi Darrell,
I just wanted to thank you for all the help and support you and your team have been for Me. With the addition of the S.A.L.E.S. Program, now when I go out on job walks I can show my perspective clients what their finished project will look like before I even start the work. This has led in the 95% signing of jobs at my first meeting. Before I was lucky if I signed 40% (at first meeting). This program is easy to use (since I'm a computer idiot). With the tutorials I was able the sail through a demo in a few hours. If there are any Engrave-a-Crete equipment owners out there that do not have this program, your working way TOO hard on your sales pitch. I started using my program the first week of June 2005 and by June 30, I was booking into October.

Mr. Henry,
My pro-bono job paid off, Big time, a lady was walking her dog past and within five minutes she was back with her husband asking for an estimate to be done on her pool deck. I jumped on writing the estimate and using the S.A.L.E.S. Software to show them some before and after's. I presented them the estimate / contract to look over at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning and by 11:45 a.m. my cell phone was ringing to let me know I had my first paying job. Started today with a lot of complements on the cleanliness of my work area and the power washing job. I have to say that I do feel like I either sold it so well that they didn't try to negotiate or I left money on the table. But either way I am stoked to do a 1000 square foot pool deck in terra cotta and a 50' border around the pool for a little over a tenth of the cost of the trailer....

We just wanted to drop you guys a note to thank you for letting us join your family of Engrave-a-Crete owners. There is often a lot of doubt when starting a new business, but with your equipment and the wonderful support we have received, we have exceeded even our expectations!

Not only have we been able to purchase a new home this year, but the two motorcycles in the picture were both purchased - CASH - in the 1st 1/2 of this year!

We can now honestly plan that vacation to Hawaii that we've always wanted, next year, who knows!

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I am with Engrave-A-Crete’s new SawKart. This wonderful little product has just improved my productivity (thereby increasing profit) more than any other piece of equipment that I have purchased since we have been in this business. I am a perfectionist to a fault, and to achieve score lines precise enough to please me used to require the use of a straight edge and another person helping to hold the straight edge while I cut the lines with my circular saw. The SawKart eliminated the use of the straight edge and the need to have another person tied up on the project, reducing the time required to complete a job tremendously. The SawKart in my opinion is an excellent investment. Keep up the great work!

Dear Darrel:
I received the new "CENTIPEDE" engraving tool which we have been discussing. It is exactly the tool I have been wanting. We have the original LRM-4000AR engraver system. While it is great for circles and larger jobs, it is not convenient for small jobs such as patios, sidewalks, entryways, etc. The "CENTIPEDE" fills the need. At the time I received the "CENTIPEDE" I was starting a 12’ x 25’ patio, a 10’ x 15’ utility area, a 20 ‘ x 35’ driveway, a sidewalk and an entryway. I used the tool on all six of these areas, and it worked great. I cut 24" squares, 12" squares, a diamond pattern and a brick pattern. I t let me do the whole job faster, which of course, helped the profit margin.
I LIKE IT! Thank you for listening to my needs and then doing something about it.

Dear Engrave-A-Crete-
I am so excited about your concrete engraving equipment. I am an artist and have been searching for a way to turn concrete into a canvas. Your equipment has given me that avenue.
Using the WASP, I can literally engrave anything that I can draw. Recently, I did an acid stained concrete rug. which featured four gargoyles eyes. My clients were thrilled with the results.
I also use my WASP to perfect scored concrete. It is so easy and dependable that I allowed my twelve year old grandson to use it on the last floor I did. He did a great job. The WASP has given my work a more professional quality.
My latest Engrave-A-Crete purchase is the SawKart. What an incredible invention! Previously the circular saw I used, when scoring, left streaks and was exhausting to operate. With the SawKart there are no streaks to clean and the saw requires no effort to operate. The saw really glides through the concrete. The saw and SawKart do all the work and the scored lines are much smoother and more precise than when I used the saw alone.
I have never been disappointed with any purchase I have made from Engrave-A-Crete. The service has been exemplary and the products are first quality. I look forward to my next Engrave-A-Crete purchase.

Dear Darrel:

I again want to thank you for everything while I was in Sarasota training, you and your family made the weekend more like a vacation than a business trip. I have since then used the machine on one project for a customer and I am now working on my front porch. I can’t say enough about the machine and what it does, it is truly amazing what you can do with the equipment. I am really getting a kick out of working with the machine, it sure beats crawling around with a handsaw like I was doing before now, and the finish product is so much better. I am really excited about the possibilities of my new business. After showing the pictures of my barn and a few pictures of my first customer’s floor to a couple of people it has already generated a lot of interest. I really think things are going to go well.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your assistance in helping me to get my business going. My first project was sidewalk and entryways to a shopping mall, total square footage was 26,000. Not bad for you first job...I attended a Home Show in March and have approximately 50 people who have requested estimates. I passed out 400 - 600 flyers. I started my first project...it was a 700 square foot driveway. Next is a swimming pool/patio 152 square feet. After that another pool and patio 1250 square feet...Once again thank you for your he lp... Engrave-A-Crete is the best thing that has happened to us.
