How to Pay
You may pay by bank wire transfer, or credit card.
Company and personal checks take about 8 to 10 days
for the funds to clear before shipping. Sorry, we
cannot ship C.O.D.
Include enough to cover shipping costs.
Sales Tax
Florida residents must pay applicable sales tax.
Shipping & Delivery-
Please allow 3 -10 working days for delivery. If
an item is out of stock we will inform you of the
expected delay.
We currently ship by FedEx and UPS
FedEx / UPS Ground, Items 150 lbs. and under (within
size requirements) 2 - 7 days
FedEx / UPS Next Day
FedEx / UPS 2nd Day
FedEx / UPS 3 Day
Items over 150
pounds or exceeding FedEx / UPS size requirements
are shipped by common carrier truck.
Only the actual freight charges are billed to you
on the invoice. When you order oversize/overweight
packages, we’ll estimate the cost of shipping.
If you have a preferred carrier, we will ship
your freight on that carrier. Please include the
estimated shipping cost with your payment. If the
actual costs are less we’ll
send you a refund and if they are more we’ll
send you a bill for the difference.
What To Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Refuse to accept your shipment if it appears
to be greatly damaged. Packages with minor damage
should be accepted. Please note all damage on
your delivery receipt or bill of lading. Notify
us of the damage and we will handle the claim
from our end immediately.
Orders Outside the U.S.A.
Please pay only in U.S. funds by wire transfer,
certified check, most credit cards are accepted
on all orders.
Orders to Canada
Shipments via FedEx/UPS to Canada use FedEx/UPS
as the customs broker. FedEx/UPS will collect the
appropriate duties, GST, etc. FedEx/UPS charges
a fee for this service. Canadian customers pay
the fee on their end along with the freight charges.
Contact FedEx / UPS for current fees. For shipments
other than FedEx / UPS, the customer is responsible
for contracting a customs broker.
